With the development of digital technology, architecture has brought a new revolution.  The way we think and practice design is changing.  As an important part of architecture, building skin has always been the focus of architects’ attention.  With the help of digital technology, many complex types of building skin were realized.  In fact, however, most building skin designs focus too much on appearance and not enough on functionality.  This design will study the function of the building skin by completing the design project of a single apartment.  This research discusses how to combine the form of building skin with the internal space of building and solar radiation to achieve the energy conservation and environmental protection.
